We liked how convenient it was off the highway. The rooms are great, staff was great! The disappointment was we came there because of the pool, and that was under construction or something. The gentleman at the desk helped us and gave us some of the money back, which was very appreciated.

The front desk was friendly and prompt with check in. We arrived late in the evening and check in was quick. The room smelled like fresh linens. The bathroom was spacious.

Clean modern bathrooms. Lacked room lighting, there was no light/lamp by the desk. Morning breakfast was more than expected and warm.

Quite possibly one of the greatest front desk managers I've ever seen. I can't remember her name. I checked in this past Friday evening. She looked tired, overworked, overwhelmed, but she maintained her composure and patience with fellow staff and guests and still provided excellent customer service. I had to wait 15 minutes for my room to be cleaned, but she made sure I was placed in a great room. It was very clean and updated and comfortable. I was sure to thank her when I saw her at the desk the following morning.

The room, & the overall building was very clean, comfortable & spacious that includes the bed. The staff was very helpful, hospitable & very nice to everyone. Check-in & checkout was very easy & fast.
