Best Western Plus Bourbonnais Hotel & Suites

I don't usually write reviews but i know I had to leave one for this particular hotel. I was a bit skeptical at first because we've never stayed at a Best Western hotel before but we were going with some family that already had reservations here and I'm very glad they made this choice. As soon as we came in we were greeted by a friendly smile, it was Heather who was covering the front desk amongst other things. We had some minor issues in our room and Heather was very quick and happy to healp make our stay as comfortable as she could for us. She was also very busy doing other things to help run the hotel as best as she could. We later had the opportunity to meet LaTanya, who was there the second day of our stay. This lady was also very nice and was working non stop to cover front desk, breakfast, cleaning, etc. These are some of the most hard working ladies I've encountered at a hotel because they were always busy doing things to make the place run smoothly. Maria was such a warm and friendly hotel housekeeper who I had the pleasure of speaking to. Who was also doing the most with such a great positive attitude and a smile on her face. These ladies made our stay so much better and it's because of them that I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. I was so impressed with these ladies work ethic that I kept telling my husband how wonderful they are and how they deserve a pay raise for all they do. A big kudos to them because they deserve to be recognized 👏

Great staff; professional & prompt with anything I asked of them. A BIG Plus; good people skills. They could answer questions and provide help, yes. But they also knew how to engage in a conversation. Not always part of the "professional" mindset.

It was a good breakfast. My sister works in food service and I own a retail business, we were quite impressed with LaTonia who was running the kitchen. She keeps everything immaculate.

The front desk was friendly and prompt with check in. We arrived late in the evening and check in was quick. The room smelled like fresh linens. The bathroom was spacious.

The staff was awesome! The breakfast was great! We enjoyed the pool.
